How Your Project Will Run

  • Once you sign your contract and pay 50% of your project invoice, we can mark your project as active and get started! First, we'll kick off your project with a brand identity questionnaire to help us understand who you are, what you do, and how you do it. After that, we'll work with you to create a unique style for your site, using fonts, colors, and images that match your brand.

  • We'll work with you to create a website that reflects your vision and the image you want to portray. Then, we'll discuss the most useful features for your site and begin creating the site map and design.

    *If you selected Business Branding as an add-on service, this step is where we establish your brand inside out.*

  • We'll start with the basics, including design, appearance, layout, and functionality. This also includes uploading content, formatting text, and adding branding. We will be in close contact throughout the process to ensure the design meets your expectations.

    *If you selected Website Copywrite as an add-on service, this step is where the writing process commences.*

  • The first round of revisions occurs. After that, you'll have 72 hours (3 business days) to review and share your feedback and revisions. After, we will incorporate your feedback into this final version of your website.

    *If you selected Website Copywrite as an add-on service, this is the first round of copy revisions.*

  • After incorporating your feedback and making the necessary changes to your website, we will send you a second round of revisions. We then ask you to return your feedback within 72 hours (3 business days). Once you've given us your feedback, we'll incorporate it into the final version of your website.

    *If you selected website copywrite as an add-on service, this is the second round of copy revisions.**

  • We'll test your website, ensure it's free of bugs, and perform thorough checks to ensure that all links and functionality are working properly. Here you will have a connected domain and a LIVE website.

  • We'll schedule a post-launch call to ensure you have all the information you need to succeed, help you get acquainted with the website, and walk you through must-know topics.
